At 2XU, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hangtags are still attached to the compression gear or apparel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
